I am moving out of my city centre flat as I have started a masters course outside of Manchester. I would be looking for someone to replace me for the remainder of the contract and I believe you would be able to extend after this. You would be living with Charley (23 - Female), she is really lovely, very considerate, funny, always has kept the flat really tidy and very reliable. She enjoys going to the gym, meals and drinks with friends and nights in too. She works in PR in the city centre. I will be sad to not live with her anymore! The room is a double room with your own bathroom as well as the flat having balcony and big living space. The apartment block also has a gym and a sauna. Also Bills come to under £150 which includes everything (including council tax) and the TV licence has been paid until February.
