The house has two showers, two toilets, kitchen and a dining/living room. The current residents are two professionals who are very quiet, respectful and tidy. Ideally I am looking for someone similar.

The house is located less than 10 mins walk to Deansgate, spinning field, castlefield etc. There is a tram stop and bus stop within 2 minutes walk from the house. The deansgate train station is less than 10 mins walk from the house.

The rent includes all bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, Fiber internet). A professional cleaner also cleans the common area every month. So the house is always kept nice and clean :) The fees for the professional cleaning services are also included in the rent.
