The room is at the end of a corridor away from the rest of the flat for privacy, please see floor plan. The flat is situated on the third floor of a well maintained building on the King's Road, which has two lifts, a shared garden and a porter.

We are a couple who value their privacy, looking for a quiet and tidy lodger Monday to Friday. Ideal for somebody who works in the London but travels home for the weekends. We are both working professionals but we are currently mostly working from home. For this reason, we are not offering shared use of the living room. Also, as the kitchen is small and directly opposite our bedroom we are not looking for somebody who likes to cook much.

South Kensington Station (Piccadilly Line & District and Circle line) is 0.6 miles away and Sloane Square station (District and Circle line) is 0.7 miles away, and the open spaces of Battersea Park are 0.6 miles. All within a 10-15 minute walk.

The rent for the room is £700 per month for use of the bedroom and ensuite, only Monday to Friday.
