My name is Marie, I am French student, open minded and respect the privacy of the people. I am the current flatmate and I am looking for another nice, serious and clean flatmate for 6 months minimum. This a flat with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 nice living room.
There is a private terrace with others neighbour. It is a really quiet place, and really safe.
The flat is in sw7 and you need to walk 3 min for bus station ( hyde park// Albert hall) and 10 min to South kensington station!
Someone is coming every Friday to clean the bathroom and clean your room if you want.

Around this area, you have High Street Kensington, where you can find everything you need, many Museums and Hyde park.
Whole food or Waitrose are in 10 min away.
3 min from Albert Hall and Imperial College.

The rent is 1460£ per months and everything is include (all taxes).

This flat will be available the 1st of March, but I am flexible if you want to come little bit before.
