I have 1 fabulous ensuite room available in a friendly and welcoming flat share in central Fulham, available from 26/07/2020! Sadly, I am leaving this beautiful flat.

Your flatmate is Adélie, she is 23 years old, from Nantes (west of France). likes to cook, share meals with people and the occasional movie night! goes to the gym twice a week trying to improve her yoga 🧘‍♂️. May come back late from office time to times but always happy to speak with people.

we are accepting professions and students.

If you are a student: you have to have a guarantor and can pay minimum 6 months' rent in advance :)

I have lived here for 7 years and the landlord is the most decent you will ever come across. I decided to move out and live on my own- I'm being all grown up!

The flat is in a great location, less than 5 minutes to West Brompton station (District Line) and 10 minutes to Earls Court (Piccadilly and District Lines) as well as the fantastic grocers of North End Road and the lovely shops, restaurants and cafes of Fulham Broadway. Within walking distance you have: waitrose, sainsbury, tesco, co-op and wholefoods! There's a farmers market everyday except for sundays on North end road.

Further afield but within a walk are High Street Kensington, Hyde Park and South Kensington. You can catch busses from Fulham (14,414 to Central) or 74 and 430 from west Brompton!

the kitchen/living room is open plan. kitchen fully equipped with two fridges and two freezers, dishwasher, all the cutlery and plates you need, we got ! it's a very social space (we've hosted a few dinner parties!) during the summer it's beautifully airy and the sun shines through. it's very much 'loft' style!

Room 1: Ensuite double room, chest of drawers, under bed storage, big double wardrobe. its got its own cute sized bathroom (shower included). very light and airy. bed is very comfortable!

the main bathroom ( which has lots of storage btw!) houses the washer/dryer

Bills are approx £88pcm/per person plus a fortnightly contribution of £13 per person for the cleaner.
