Hi,

We are looking for a new flatmate to join a cosy double bedroom in our three bedroom flat share. The flat itself is very very spacious, located on a prestigious street and overall great value for money!

We have great communal areas: a huge kitchen that seats 6 at a table and a living room with a grand piano, lots of comfy sofas and a big tv. We have one bathroom and two toilets, both of which we are meticulous about keeping clean.

We are 5 minutes away from both Sloane Square and South Kensington.

You would be joining:
Emma: Friendly girl that is at Imperial Business School and in her early 20’s.
William: Cool, easy-going wine merchant in his early 30s (yes, there is an abundance of wine across the flat)

+ Genevieve, our resident cat. She is 2.5 years old, a Scottish fold, very glamorous and does nothing all day. She is not the type to be annoying/meow/scatch. She just sleeps and watches the world go by…

We are very tidy and respectful of each others space. Our only requirements is that you are not a ‘party type’- happy for you to have some wine in the evenings and get a little silly but no 5am benders and raves at the flat. Additionally we would really appreciate somebody that cleans up after themselves. After cooking, cleans surfaces/ doesn’t leave dishes lying around so that the kitchen is ready for the next person!

Rent is £875 per month, WIFI, Council Tax, Cleaner, Gas, Water, Electricity add up to an additional maximum of £150 per month. . We would be asking you to take over a contract that we have been renewing on a 12 month rolling basis for the last few years. We just renewed it a month ago.

Also: there is plenty of storage space for you in the corridor there is an additional cupboard that is yours including another drawer and hanging rack.

We would be prepared to start the tenancy as soon as possible.

** yes the piano in the room is current flatmates and will be moved out along with clothing rail
