Our flatmate has recently moved out and now a large double room is available to rent.
We are two recently graduated art history students, who are very friendly (we would like to think!) and welcoming. The area is probably the best thing about the flat, as it it on Westbourne Grove, with lots of amenities/nice shops/cafes nearby. It is approx halfway between Paddington and Notting Hill, and very close to Hyde Park. Transport wise, it is within 5 mins walk of Royal Oak and Bayswater stations, and 10 mins walk from Queensway and Paddington, with lots of bus stations also.
The room would be well suited to someone new to London as it is well located and we would love to show you all our favourite places, but of course all are welcome.
The council tax (Band E) and bills are not included but surprisingly tend to be quite low.
