An ensuite room has become available in our flat in West Brompton in mid-August, so if you are interested, please read below!

The house is in a quiet residential street, but it's very close to the main roads with pubs, restaurants, supermarkets etc. West Brompton station is only a 5 min walk away. Fulham Broadway Station, West Kensington and Earls Court are a 10-15 min walk away.

The house is very well kept and spacious. The lounge is bright and airy with two sofas, a TV and a large dining table. Really comfortable for get-togethers and socialising. At the back there is a south-facing terrace with a BBQ, a shed and plenty of space. The kitchen is equipped with all needed utilities (your own fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher etc). It also counts with a spare room, which is being used as an office space and offers some extra storage space. It has a double bed, so guests are welcome to stay overnight as well.

About the rooms:

The ensuite room is equipped with a double bed, two windows and a large closet with sliding doors, and some space for your own desk space or TV. Your bathroom has a shower, toilet, heated towel rack and sink.
Rent is £1050 and additional bills are around £90 per month (council tax, broadband, electricity, gas etc).

About the flatmates:

You’ll be sharing with me, Victoria (25) and Gaia (25), both doing a PhD at Imperial College London.
I have been here for 1.5 years now, so it feels like home. You’ll probably find me cooking some Spanish recipes, which I am happy to share with you (!), or trying to make the most of my weekends, either in the garden or around London. Gaia is also an avid cooker and London explorer. She is very active and loves pilates :)

We are both really sociable and easy going so ideally, we’d like to share with people with a similar vibe, someone with whom we can feel comfortable to talk about anything and have a good time in the flat, but also respecting our own spaces.

This place is unfortunately inaccessible for those who cannot use stairs. LGBTQIA+ friendly.
