Double room, couple of minutes walk from West Kensington station. I'm going abroad for a bit and looking for someone to stay in the room from this weekend (or as soon as possible) to 12th of January. Price is £20 per day.
The room is on the top floor of the big old house that could use renovation, but I almost never bump into other tenants that all keep to themselves and rarely use communal spaces. There is no washing machine, but there are several launderettes nearby.
The heating comes on twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, both times for couple of hours at a time only.
The room would suit someone that wants a budget option to spend some time in a quiet place on a great location.
Couple of people have sublet this room in the past and they were happy with their choice. :)
