We are looking for a new roommate or couple to occupy a double room with en suite in our friendly, sociable house!
The house is equipped with a modern kitchen and bathroom, patio'd garden, and a living room that we are currently doing up.
It is in such a great location with it being only a 10 min walk to Fulham Broadway (district line), Parsons Green (district line), and imperial wharf (overground).
- busses are a 2 min walk away that go all over London.
- 5/10 min walk to a large Sainsbury's supermarket, and only 2 min walk to the high street with plenty of shops, cafe's, and beauticians.
The current housemates are:
- sean 26 works in wealth management and loves playing sports and pub socials
- Amie 24 loves shopping, socialising and cocktails!
- saskia 23 works in engineering enjoys playing sports such as tennis and loves to cook!

We are all very sociable and love having pub night outs together and hanging out in the house - but we all still respect everyone's space and down time! We are looking for someone that will fit in well with the house and enjoys having a good time!

All bills are included apart from gas/electric which comes to £30 a month.
