Me and my current housemates are leaving our lovely flat in Pimlico. One room is still available. We’re looking for someone who can start the contract and move in around the 1st of Feb.

It’s a spacious 3-bedrooms flat with a living-room and an open kitchen. The bedroom available is quite spacious and got a large wardrobe.

The bathroom and the toilets are shared. The flat has a patio/garden which is quite nice when you want to take breakfast outside in summer.

The flat is very well located with Pimlico, Victoria and St James Park station near by.

Bills are roughly £70 per person a month all included (Council tax + Electricity + Gas + Wifi).
