We have a spare room available immediately in a lovely Battersea house!

A bit about the area:
Located just 15 mins walk from both the Battersea Park and Clapham Junction, we are in a lovely area that has good access to nature and also entertainment! Lots of shops including a Sainsbury's and Tesco about 5 mins walk away, and loads of pubs around (we love the Asparagus!). There are also plenty of buses so getting into central London isn't a problem.

A bit about the place:
We are very lucky to have both a small garden and a living room area with a couch and a TV. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread across 2 floors. As for bills, depending on the season it ranges from £50 - £100 pp, pm (incl. electricity, water, gas, council tax).

A bit about the room:
A very cozy double room (2.15m x 3.5m) overlooking the garden, comes fully furnished including a small chest of drawers, a clothing rack, a mirror, and some storage under the bed! The bathroom would only be shared with one other person. Total is £890 pm + bills.

Hi! I'm a 24y/o from South Africa, but I've lived across Europe for most of my life. I grew up in Luxemburg and went to uni in the Netherlands before working in Lithuania for a while. I then moved to London to start my MSc in energy technologies at Imperial College. I love a BBQ with friends when it's nice outside, I love cooking, sports, and going to the park and pub.

Hi! I'm a 25y/o from South Africa, I recently moved to London for work as an accountant. I love being outdoors and a little party! I will probably show you an excel spreadsheet or two.

Main Requirements:
- Must have the right to reside in the UK
- Must have a UK based guarantor happy to be jointly liable for the whole place (requirement from the landlord; all tenants need to have a UK based guarantor each who will sign the contract as well, where all guarantors are liable for the whole place should any of the tenants not pay the rent (we are all going to pay rent, just the landlord covering himself). This can be a a family member, friend, colleague, as long as they are able to prove they are based in the UK.
- Must have a UK phone number (just to sign the lease, it's a quirk of the platform).

Rental Agreement:
- EPC - C
- Council Tax band C (Wandsworth has one of the lowest council taxes in the country)
- £3950 pm total
- 5 month contract starting March 10th
