Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to take over my double en-suite room in a modern and spacious flat located in High Street Kensington. The area is one of the nicest in London, just a 5-minute walk from the tube station and well-connected with multiple bus routes. It’s also close to Holland Park, offering plenty of green spaces and a peaceful atmosphere, while still being near great cafés, restaurants, and shops.

The room is a large double bedroom with its own private bathroom, providing extra comfort and privacy. The flat itself is bright and modern, featuring a spacious living room with plenty of natural light and a big terrace/rooftop, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, and more.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two friendly and respectful Spanish guys (both 23 years old), who are currently studying at Imperial College—one is doing a PhD, and the other is pursuing a Master’s degree. We maintain a clean and relaxed environment, and we’re looking for someone who will be equally respectful.
