Hello all, there is currently a spare room available in the flat I’m staying in which belongs to my aunt. I would like to rent this out in order to share the rent as obviously prices are high at the moment. Currently it’s a one bed flat, so I would move into the living room-meaning there would be no shared living room. However I currently am usually away most weekends from Friday-Sunday/Monday so the flat does allow for an element of privacy at the weekends if that is a bonus for you.

Im a professional working in London, quite busy with work, but equally happy to sometimes spend time with a flat mate if they would also appreciate a coffee/chat and equally happy to give the housemate their space. I like running, movies, travelling. This would not be a party house so but rather a peaceful retreat in a quiet part of London that gives the best of both worlds with a village feel but very close to many central points of the city including Regent’s Park, Oxford street, Camden etc. If you would like to arrange a viewing or have any questions please let me know :)
