The flat is a nice queens borough terrace 1 minutes walking to Hyde park, 5 min walking to Bayswater station and 10 min walking to paddington station. Perfect location. The room is huge and everything is included in the price.

This is a last minute thing - I will be going away for the next two weeks if u need the room for a short stay by any chance. I will be leaving tmr morning so you probably need to view the room and pick up the keys tonight. The price would be 600 from tmr till 23rd of Feb( end dates negotiable). I will be able to rent out the room for a long term in April (can do 6 or 12 month contract.
