This bed is reached by a sloping ladder. Beneath the loft bed there is also a triple door wardrobe, with shelves and hanging space, a small fold down dining table and assorted mirrors and shelves, and room for a computer desk and chair, and easy chair. Above the bed area, so that you can watch tv from the bed, there is a new flat screen tv/DVD player which receives all the SKY tv channels directly and independently to the room.

In front of the window there is and easy chair, and room for a small computer table with and a swivel chair.

There is a kitchen which is equipped with a new washing and drying machine, fridge/freezer, cooker with a gas hob and an electric oven, and a microwave oven, and then there is the bathroom with shower over the bath and a toilet.

The area is very quiet and safe. Our street is full of Victorian and Georgian properties. On the corner of Hanson St and New Cavendish St (2 minutes walk) there is a Tesco supermarket and next door an Ocado shop. Around the corner on Foley St, Great Titchfield St and further afield on Great Portland St, there is a wide range of pubs, cafés and restaurants, many with al fresco dining in summer, so it looks and feels a lot like Paris and you won't go hungry or thirsty, or get bored with the cuisine!

The flat mates are British. One has been living at the property several years..

Short-term stay rates are £300 per week for single occupancy and £350 for double occupancy.

Your deposit is protected under the government "My deposit" scheme and returned promptly on return of the keys and the room being in good condition.

The flat is under contract with British Gas Home Care system, so any repairs are professionally and promptly carried out.
