The room is in a recently refurbished flat and I lived there for the last 2 years. It is 3 minutes away from the bakeeloo line which is less busy than other lines and goes directly to Oxford and Picadilly circus. It is a 4 bedroom house with two bathrooms but one of the bedrooms is always empty.
There are also many night buses that can get you back home when the tube is closed.
The price includes all bills and council tax, only with a 50£ extra contribution for heating until March.
Flatmates are extremely quiet and respectfull, I wake up at 6 every day and I never had a fight with them because I couldn't fall asleep early
