We have a very large, sunny two-room studio to rent at the top of our large, stylish family house in the heart of Notting Hill. It consists of a large sunny sitting-room - which includes a kitchenette with a fridge and combination oven - and a small bedroom containing a double bed and wardrobe. This is not a conventional flat share but two self-contained rooms to let at the top of our house. The bathroom is shared with our other lodger who has a studio on the same floor.
My husband and I occupy a separate part of the house. Must see to appreciate.
The rooms have recently been renovated to a very high standard and the main living room includes a high quality kitchenette with all amenities. We have also extended the ceiling into the roof area and added a Velux skylight.
The house is in an attractive quiet tree-lined street in the heart of a fashionable area of London with good transport links. It is also just a few minutes walk from the lively bars and restaurants of Notting Hill - and its varied shopping areas.
Very close to Westbourne Park station on the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines (Zone 2); 10 minute walk from Notting Hill Gate; 5 minute walk to Portobello Market. Excellent bus links (31, 28, 7, 70, 23).
All bills, including heating and council tax, and fast wifi included for a fixed supplementary charge of £200 pcm. Access to laundry. Deposit payable. References essential.
Available from December 1st. [May accept short term let while looking for the right long term tenant]
