Have a lovely room for sublet for July and August right near Kennington station. Living with two flatmates Paolo and Lewis, sad to not be there living with them. Room is suitable for WFH with a nice desk.

Sublet situation! Though the room will be entirely cleared out as I am planning on moving from London as of July 15. Please note that this is only available for July 15 - August 31 as we have an agreement with our landlord to take back control of the lease as of September.

Genuinely I like living here a lot, very near all sorts of things in Kennington, Elephant and Castle, and close to Waterloo. I’m offering the whole 6 week sublet for 1200£ all in, which is giving the two weeks free more or less.
LGBTQ friendly and preferred.
