Hello! We are looking for a 3rd female to join our warm and friendly Camden home :)

About the room:

A singe room with a tall cupboard and a spacious chest of drawers, a tiny side table, a desk and a chair in case you need to work from home. The desk also opens up for more storage space. The room has lots of light coming in, with two large windows you can open and wooden floor.

About the flat:

The flat is the ground floor of a council flat block, so it actually feels like a house (with its own front door and private garden). The flat is across two floors, with shared living room with a communal desk, big sofas, and a cute (electric) fire place. Kitchen is well-furnished and lots of fridge and freezer space. The entrance area is always lit so you feel safe coming in. Residents parking permit available from Camden Council.

About the flatmates:

Anne-So is a project manager from France and Alice is a researcher from Italy. It's a lovely and quiet place where you can be independent, but also enjoy good conversation (and cheese...and Netflix/movie nights!).

About the area:

The area is AMAZING! You are 7 minutes walk from both Kentish Town (Tube), and Kentish Town West (Overground). The high street is literally round the corner, but you don't hear any noise! And on the high street you have Sainsbury's, Tesco, Co-op, Lidl, Gail's, a post office, as well as lovely health food shops, restaurants, cafes, and a food centre. It's a 25-minute walk to Camden High Street, Regent's Park and Hampstead Heath, and you've got buses to Central London just 5 minutes walk away! It's 10/10!

About the bills:

All bills - council tax, water, tv licence, gas, electricity, internet - come to ~£120 a month, on top of rent. You'd be in charge of gas and electricity! And there's a £716 deposit per person on the flat.

About the viewings:

We're doing viewings in 30-minute slots on these days:

Move-in date can be as early as 4th November, but tenancy starts December 17th so that's the latest move-in date.
