Hey,

We're sadly losing our housemate, who is moving in with his girlfriend.

We're looking for a housemate to move into our lovely spacious 3 bed, 2 bathroom flat.

*About our flat*

The flat is spacious, has high ceilings, a shared garden and spacious living room and kitchen. All minutes from Kentish Town and close to the overground as well.

The flat is a bit of a steal - we both got asked to move into another place but decided against as we couldn't bare to lose it.

Our 1240 sq ft flat has:

About us:

Two guys, work in physio and PR. Both outgoing, but enjoy a quiet night in. We love living here, the hosting space and convenience and flexibility KT offers.

We're looking for:
Someone who is social, fun and easy going - but we're not too picky. (apart from mandatory participation in our weekly cleaning rota).
