I am an architect and my husband lectures at the university. Our ground floor flat is in a peaceful setting surrounded by gardens. It is centrally located and close to excellent amenities.

The room is light and airy, with simple furniture, a fitted cupboard and shelves. It is newly decorated with fitted carpet. It has its own brand new en-suite shower room. It opens onto the dining room, kitchen and garden.
Our flat is on the ground floor of a terrace house. Our front garden includes a 150-year old tree, as old as the house itself. The setting has character and charm. Kentish Town Baths, with its beautiful 30m pool, stands across the road.

We have amazing access to public transport. Kentish Town tube and Thameslink railway station are 10mn away and Kentish Town overground station is 5mn away. There are in addition many buses heading to town.

Kentish Town's population is mixed and lively. Most food products can be found round the corner on the High Street. There are in addition some nice local pubs and cafés. Two of London's most beautiful parks, Hampstead Heath and Regents Park, are within walking distance.

We have let the room to mature students previously. We are friendly and discreet and so is our lovely cat Yaku. We like travel, books, films, sewing, cycling and more. We speak English and French.
