Hi. Looking for a new lodger to join our home.
The house is on a quiet, tree lined road but is only 5 mins from Kentish Town tube and buses, plus loads of pubs, cafes, shops etc. 8 mins to West Kentish Town rail or Gospel Oak. 8 mins walk to Hampstead Heath.
There is wifi, washing machine, dishwasher etc. *All bills are included*, including a cleaner for the communal areas.
If you like new build/Ikea/minimalism then it's not for you as it's an old house furnished with eclectic antiques.

The room itself is a double ( 13.5 x10.9ft/ 4.11m x 3.32m) with a large window looking on to the garden. It is furnished with mid century vintage wooden furniture - wardrobe, drawers, bookshelves and a double bed with plenty of room for your own stuff. There is an original fireplace and wooden floor.
The large, sunny bathroom is on the same floor and is shared with two others. We all share the dining/sitting room and kitchen.

We are a musician/artist/upholster, a dancer/stylist and a fashion photographer. I also have a friendly and quiet whippet and two hypo allergenic cats so loving animals is a MUST.
It's not a party house but we do obviously chat, get on very well and share the occasional meal (especially nice in the summer when we can eat in the large garden). We all get on very well but are looking for someone who also values their own and other's space and is looking for a good amount of peace and quiet - definitely not party central!
So .. looking for someone quiet but friendly and responsible with a mature outlook who enjoys peace, pets and plants. 😉
