Cosy single room furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, mirror and small shelf. It has enough space under the bed for storage boxes too and it faces the back of the building, which means that it's quiet despite being located on the main road.

I lived here for over a year during my postgrad studies and it was really convenient with both Jubilee line and Overground basically at my doorstep, together with direct buses to Victoria and the centre.

Bills are not included in the price, however they are often low as it is split between 7 of us. Altogether, I've kept it always under £560, so it's a great deal!

The flat is huge and we have a big kitchen with living space and friendly plants. There is a bathroom with shower and another one, next to the room, with just toilet and sink. Two of the people have an en-suite, so you will share these bathrooms with just 5 people.
There's plenty of space to store cosmetics as well, and different schedules of the other tenants assure that you'll never have to queue to have a shower.

Latest move-in date is 22 February, but the room is available from aroud second weekend in Feb - please contact me to arrange a viewing.
