Looking for a housemate to join me in Kilburn, 8 min walk from Jubilee/overground to share with me and my dog Lucy. I’ve lived here a year already and the agency are fantastic at fixing things quickly and the neighbours are lovely. 3 other flats in the building. We have a massive grass garden and loads of space for bikes.

There is a large living room with lovely high ceilings with separate kitchen and a bathroom with a bath tub.

Your room is at the back overlooking the garden and is the larger of the two. The picture up really doesn’t do it justice and I will try to update them asap. It is currently basically furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, small wardrobe. There’s plenty of space for a desk/sofa in there or there’s also space in the living room, and a big glass table you could work on if you need to work from home.

Note the tv/tv table and grey armchair in the living room will be going. The living room is a shared space so I’m very happy to move things around to accommodate you! We also have a small shed in the garden which is great for storage!

Looking for a housemate who is good with dogs and also great if you have a dog as long as they get on with my dog and you don’t intend to leave them alone for more than 5 hours. Lucy is 2 and is a medium-sized rescue. She’s very shy and sensitive but loves people and other dogs. I never leave her alone for more than a few hours and she goes to my parents when I’m working long hours.

I am a conductor for orchestras, and I travel a fair amount. I am triple jabbed and looking for housemates who are also fully vaccinated against covid 19. I’m vegetarian, but fine if you eat meat. I work Monday-Saturday most weeks and happy to have an occasional drink/meal together but also fine if you want to do your own things. I will occasionally work from home but I will also be away quite a lot. It’s a nice relaxed atmosphere: musician and pet friendly!

Bills come to max C.£190pcm each which includes the recent increase in energy bills and is based on winter usage so hopefully they’ll go down soon.
