Hi!
I am embarking on a new adventure and moving to New Zealand and am looking for someone to replace me in my flat share.
I have lived in the flat with my flatmate, Kavita for almost a year and a half now so have lived in the flat in the height of lockdown and when restrictions were eased. During these times we have enjoyed doing an online cookery class, walks around gladstone park, golders hill park and hampstead heath which are relatively close to where we live and we have also enjoyed many a visit to the pubs and restaurants on west hampstead's west end lane. We have also enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a few drinks watching the beautiful sunset views our top floor flat has to offer. Now we are looking for a fun, friendly housemate to share the good vibes.
The flat a top floor (flat 6) split level flat:
Downstairs is the room available to rent. This is a large double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The room is a great size and has room for a desk for WFH. The furniture includes two big wardrobes and two chest of drawers and full length mirror. The two bedside cabinets and dressing table are mine but most things can stay if wanted (except the curtains). There are curtains available which the landlord supplied though.
Upstairs leads to 4 rooms (Kavita's bedroom), a large furnished kitchen, open plan lounge leading towards a balcony and there is a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower and toilet. The lounge is fully furnished with dining room table and chairs, 2 sofas and a television with an amazon fire stick so you can watch netflix as well as freeview tv.
Kavita is remaining in the flat as the other tenant. Kavita works as a consultant in urban planning and development and enjoys socialising and being active by participating in swimming and yoga. We have enjoyed cooking together and for each other and several trips to the various pubs that the area has to offer.
Rent for the room is £750/ month and bills come to about £137.12 which includes council tax, water, energy and internet.
If you want to come over and meet Kavita and see the beautiful flat in real life please just drop a message on here and myself or Kavita will get back to you.
I am hoping to move out end of July so ideally would like someone to be able to move in in August.
Sorry, the room is no longer available
