The flat is modern and high spec, with heated wooden and tile flooring throughout, AC, a decent sized high-floor south facing balcony with amazing sunset views of the London Eye (plus communal roof garden and terrace), large communal area of c. 5x6m with floor to ceiling glazing in 2 walls, and a high spec kitchen with 2 ovens, dishwasher, boiling/chilled/sparkling tap, nespresso, wine cooler, washer, dryer, etc.
