We are offering a large double bedroom in a very central location!

The apartment is located in a period block near Bedford Square, just 2 minutes away from Tottenham Court Road station and Oxford street, 10 minutes to Oxford Circus.

The bedroom is a generous size, warm and quiet. The flatmates are easy going and friendly young professionals - ideally looking for someone likemided, preferably a male to share the bathroom with 2 other guys. The flat is quiet so easy to work/sleep around a busy schedule!

Other benefits are a porter service, building lift, along with private access to Bedford Square Garden.

The deposit is 4 weeks rent and bills are included within the £1035. We tend to organise a weekly cleaner and split the costs 4 ways..

The furniture in the room is partly included - the outgoing flatmate just purchased a new Bed + Wardrobe about 2 weeks ago from Ikea. Was purchased for £420 and he would be happy to leave it for the new tenant at ~£350. Desk + bookshelf will be left free of charge.
