The flat is 1 min. walk from London Bridge Station and 2 min from Borough Underground Station. 1 min walk to Tesco and Pure Gym. Less than a minute to King's College.

Currently 3 flatmates: Ethan (UK) works for NHS, Mel (Iran) finishing off her masters at Kings (Dentistry) and me Apostolos (Greek). We are looking for a 4th flat mate as Theoni is returning back to Greece. We are all very friendly and easy going, very clean, respectful and considerate of others and try to keep the house in good shape in general. We are looking for someone that shares the same values with us and does not mind to have glass of beer or wine once in a while. It's very important for us to find someone that we get alone :)

£385 plus bills that are usually £50 a month per person, so £435 in total.

The room is available from 1 of June and we will hold viewings around 5th of 15 and 16th of April.
