Cosy, fully furnished double room, very bright with blackout curtains, overseeing South bank and London Eye. Location is about 8 minutes walk from Waterloo station, with great transport links to all directions across London.

All furniture in the photos are inclusive, free to use all communal rooms (living room, kitchen, bathroom, etc).
The property is 3-bedroom flat sharing with myself and my young child only, not a busy household.

This is a family home fully furnished with all household essentials (cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, etc).

The area is full of amazing amenities, lots of supermarkets around, 24 hour gym across the road, swimming centre 10 mins walk away, Imperial War museum few mins away with lots of green space if you like jogging, also lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants. South Bank is about 15-20 mins walk away, great for sunny walks.

I am a single parent but also a full time professional worker, currently working from home and looking after my child, the home is very quiet after we head to bed around 8pm, ideal for individuals who enjoys having the living room to themselves in the evening. I'm very laid back, always happy to chit chat over a cuppa tea, my child can also be quite talkative sometimes!
