Hi there

Have two single rooms in a three bedroom flat in SE1 approximately 5 minutes walk from E&C tube for £600 per month , some bills are included as to fair use and they can be equipped within reason to suit your needs .

The road and area are quite as are the neighbours but there is plenty of nightlife and activities close by ( 5 minutes or less depending on stride length ) .

About Me:

I work part time as a engineer and am into keeping fit , before all the Covid 19 restrictions I travelled for around 6 months out of the year to hike and train in the mountains , I also have a second home in the Canaries where I teach Scuba Diving so i like to keep busy .

Living:

It is a share so I welcome people who are like minded as like to mingle but also respect quite times and " own space " when required .
Watch TV occasionally and have a Netflix account but not a sit around all day and every day binging on box sets but if its you thing you can do it as long as it does not affect the rest of us .

Musts:

The kitchen , bathroom and mixed spaces must be kept clean and tidy by all including me and I respect if I fall behind ( unlikely ) a friendly reminder Lol .
