We are looking for an easy-going flatmate, to move in anytime from February.

The location is amazing, just around the corner from Embankment station, Charing Cross and Trafalgar square. All within 2 minutes on foot.

THE ROOM:
Double bedroom with big windows, proper internet a big desk and a walk-in wardrobe. It comes fully furnished with bed, desk and bedside table.
The bathroom is only shared with one other flatmate as the third flatmate has an ensuite room.

PRICE after the first 2 months: £800 + 50 bills, so total 850.

HOUSE LAYOUT:
The downstairs floor with living room, spacious kitchen, guest toilet room and storage room, all exterior so plenty of natural light. A cleaner comes every week to clean the entire house. There is a small terrace where one can go out if you need to smoke or some fresh air without leaving the property.

NEIGHBOURHOOD AND TRANSPORT:
The flat is located in an amazing neighbourhood. Within 5-10 minutes you can be at Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Soho and Picadilly.

It also has great transportation coverage. It’s 2 min walk to Embankment station (Bakerloo, Circle, District line, and Northern) and 2 min walk to Charing Cross railway station.

CURRENT TENANTS:
We are respectful, easy-going and open-minded. One of the flatmates is a lecturer at nearby University King's college and the other one working in Finance.
We like playing board games (we've got quite a few of them), cooking together (sometimes) and going out for a pint.
