Hi, I am renting out the second room in my 2 bed apartment. You’d be sharing the place with myself, a 24 year old entrepreneur in the music business. Lover of house music/clubs, weightlifting/fitness (gym partners definitely welcome). Open to share with anyone who doesn’t have serial killer vibes / untidy!

The apartment is located on the 41st floor of the UNCLE building and has an incredible private balcony with views over south east London and Canary Wharf, kitchen with breakfast bar, fast wifi, gym and a 360° sky lounge/co-working space on the 45th floor which is great for working from home or entertaining friends in the evenings.

The room itself is a small double room which comes furnished with a double bed (which has a large storage compartment built under it), mattress, bedside table, full length mirror, 2 built in wardrobes and a small set of drawers. The bathroom isn't ensuite but you would have sole use of it as the other bedroom is an en-suite.

£1250 per month + bills, roughly an additional £150 per month. The tenancy ends August 31st so looking for someone to stay for at least until then. Move in date is from March 15th.

Car parking space available at an extra cost. As for transport, Elephant & Castle tube station is about a 3 minute walk which can get you into city or soho within 10-20 mins on the northern line / bakerloo line. The railway station is about a 5 min walk.

No smoking inside apartment or balcony sorry.
