I am quite sad to write this ad but also happy to know someone else get to live in this amazing place. My partner and I have lived here for about 8 years and loved every minute of it. A new chapter has come up for the two of us including our dog Nova (as seen on pictures) and now it's time to say goodbye. We are looking for a new flatmate/couple to the end of September/first weekend of October. We have to offer a large double bedroom with an ensuite on a 4th floor converted warehouse in the middle of Barbican and Old Street.

The room:
Triple bedroom with ensuite comes unfurnished but we might sell our wardrobe that's very spacious and bought a year ago.
The rent is £1,305 without bills and you'll be asked to pay a 5 weeks deposit. The bills (water, electricity/gas, internet) vary between £100-150 per month. You'll share the bills with the others. We use Splitwise.
We also have a cleaner called Luiza who comes once a week and cleans the whole flat including each room.

Transport:
You have three tube/railway stations in walking distance such as Old Street station, Farringdon (Elizabeth line) and Barbican but also Liverpool Street, Moorgate and Bank are walking distance (15-20 minutes).

Surrounding:
Supermarkets such as Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury, Aldi and Coop are all within 5-10 minutes walk and you have several parks around you which is perfect if you want to bring your furry friend :). Popular places such as Shoreditch, Angel and Hackney are also nearby that offer plenty of cool pubs, bars, restaurants and strolls along the Regents Canal.

A bit about the existing flatmates🙂

You'll be sharing the flat with Shy, Jess and David who are in their late twenties and early/mid thirties. All professionals working from home as well as in the office. Shy works often long hours and is gone for days due to her job (film producer/director). Jess works as HR administrator for a Wealth company just around the corner of our flat and loves to be creative in her free time. David works for a Bishop in St. Paul's and spend most of his free time playing guitar, cooking or with his girlfriend. We are a very relaxed flat share that like to spend time together i. e. talk over a glass of wine or cook together but we also respect each others time.

The advertised room suits a single person as well as a couple. It's very spacious and got an ensuite bathroom. You have light all day and situated to the more quiet side of the road. I really enjoyed my time in this room/flat and feel sad to leave but looking forward to my new chapter in South East of London.

If you are interested to live in the heart of the city and share the flat with lovely, creative and chill people then you have found your new home:)

Please contact me if you are interested to view the room and flat.
