Small double room available from 28th December for short term let. The flat is located 3 minutes walk from Borough tube station and about a ten minute walk from London Bridge and Borough Market. All bills are included in the rent.
The property is currently on the market for sale so I’m only able to offer let’s up to 3 months at the moment with the possibility of extending that should circumstances suit both parties. Obviously anyone taking the room should be comfortable with allowing occasional viewings from potential buyers at pre arranged times.
