Hi all,

One of our flatmates has to move out in March, so we are looking for someone to take over the contract from March 2024 -> September 2024.

We are two final-year female students of Computer Science at King's College. We are from Poland and Czech Republic, 22 and 23 years old. We are quite easy-going and enjoy going out and meeting new people. We love going to theatre, cinema, or just exploring London.

The flat is newly refurbished, and looks even better in person than on the pictures. It has a large kitchen, living room with a TV, and a patio, where we have an outdoor sofa. It's located 7mins walk from Borough Station, 12mins from London Bridge and 15mins from Elephant and Castle. There are buses to central London within a few minutes walk from the property.

We are looking for someone clean and friendly. Preferably a female. Please get in touch if you're interested, and we can discuss the details and get to know each other.
