I'm looking for a clean and friendly person to replace my current flatmate. The flat is spacious and has great ventilation. It is fully furnished and has everything in place. The building also has a concierge and there's a bus stop right outside the building, and a grocery store and post office on the ground floor.

The bigger room is up for occupancy. It has a lot of storage and closet space and comes with a king-size bed.

The flat is super close to Borough and Southwark stations, and walking distance from Elephant and Castle, and Waterloo. London bridge is also just 10 min away on foot.

I like to keep the house clean and peaceful. Would love to live with somebody who is easy going and hygienic.
