Double room in beautifully furnished Art deco style 3 bedroom flat. Lovely features such as parquet walnut floor.
We have a 1 year old small/medium sized dog, a Hungarian Puli called Jagger. He's kind hearted, calm & quiet at hoime and adorable. Ideally looking for a dog lover who will appreciate him. He doesn'd shed any hair at all, hypoallergenic.
Sharing with a couple: Lee, from London - works for Ted Baker heading up it's International business. Both very relaxed, considerate, respectful & interesting people. Like fashion, architecture, film, music etc. Both straightforward & friendly. Into healthy and tasty food, lots of walking and exploring London !
Flat is very peaceful.
The block is Grade 2 listed, built in 1939, interesting architecture, clean and safe; Charles Rowan House.
Bills are £100 per month including weekly cleaner, fast wifi and all else. So total is £825 + £100, Total £925. Very easy to walk / bus to most areas in London. Soho and Hackney are both 30 min walks.
