Sublet in Elephant and Castle - 6th of June to 11th of July
Hi, I’m subletting my lovely bedroom for 5 weeks from the 1st of June. The landlord is taking back the house and we have to leave unfortunately. I’ve got a new place so you will be subletting my room for the final period.
I’m asking the submitter to pay for the rent up front which is £900 for the 5 weeks, so there will not be a deposit. Bills will be on top of this as they come (usually around £100 for the month) but I can send your bill breakdown once you have enquired.
You can see the room in the photos, spacious and bright.
You would be sharing the house with 2 other guys (Tom & Henry), both 26, and working in Film & Product Design. The House is very calm, clean and cosy. It has an open planned kitchen linked with the living room. There’s a big garden with a BBQ, so as the weather get’s better I’m sure it will be used lots.
My room has a Kingsize Mattress, a wardrobe and a sofa. I’m taking all my personal belongings so it will be empty for you.
It’s located 5 minutes from Kennington Station, 5 minutes from Elephant and Castle Station and there’s a Sainsbury's / Lidl / Tesco 5 mins away.
