Professional and easy going guy is looking for a flatmate to replace us.

The house is well located, with amaizing commute options
- 5 min walk from Kennington station
- 15 min walk to elephant and Castle station
- several buses from Walworth or Kennington Park Road.
There are also several shops and supermarkets in the area + fresh fruit/vegetables market at the east Street Market.

The house is furnished, with very good space in the kitchen and in the living room. (dishwasher, washing machine, sofa bed, big dinning table)
It also has a nice garden, perfect for the summer and BBQs

The room is large, with double bed and cupboards on a second floor ( 2 floored flat). It is north facing, so nice and bright all year.

We are looking for someone nice, friendly and respectful.
The current flatmate is a young professional, who works mostly at the office but occasionally staying at home. He is quiet and likes his own space (room) but super friendly and loves BBQs whenever its sunny!

The tenancy is managed by an agency, who will carry out some checks. They are also in charge of any repairs or issues (a very quick and professional agency)
- just sadly leaving the house because we are moving out of the UK
