The Flat

A modern, spacious two-bedroom flat in the heart of Fitzrovia. The available bedroom is a good sized double with plenty of storage space. I have lived in the flat for close to seven years now and absolutely love the space, location, and my current flatmate Veronika is a joy to live with.

The flat is well-equipped, featuring a kitchen with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. It’s a great space for relaxing or entertaining, while also offering enough room for both flatmates to have their own space when needed. The bathroom is spacious and has a bath.

The flat is ideally situated on a quiet street (Chitty Street), providing a peaceful living environment while still being close to the bustling city. Within a 10-minute walk, you can be on Oxford Street, exploring the British Museum, or strolling through Regent’s Park.

My current housemate, Veronika, will still be here – she’s friendly, easy-going, and has a lovely toy poodle who will be eager to make a new friend (the flat is pet-friendly).

About Me

I’m heading off travelling for a few months and looking to rent out my room to someone who will enjoy living in the flat as much as I do.

I’d ideally like to rent to someone who is tidy, respectful, and will treat the space as their home while I’m away. This would be a great option for someone looking for a short-term let in a fantastic central London location.
