Price reflects the fact this is a SINGLE SOFA bed. The room is newly refurbished and the whole flat is generally quite modern.

I am 32, female, from the north originally and try to do 3 days a week in the office (working in the city). I also play hockey, cycle to work sometimes (seasonal cyclist!), go the gym 2-3x a week and enjoy going out for drinks 1x a week and I also do smoke so any tenant would have to be ok with this.

Any potential flatmates themselves would need to smoke outside. You will have to be clean and respectful. Room also has its own bathroom though not as an en suite. The main bedroom has an en suite so the second bathroom would pretty much be yours. This has a shower/bath.

I WFH Mon and Fris so would need access to the spare room office those days.
