Hi everyone :) We are looking for someone to fill a room in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. The smaller bathroom will be exclusively yours.
This will be a sublet till March, and we would ideally like someone to take over the lease from then.

Available from: Sunday 1st December - with a little flexibility if needed.

THE ROOM:
The room on offer is a single room furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Could also fit a small desk if the chest of drawers moves to the hallway.
£766.66 + Bills (usually comes to about £110 a month per person including council tax).
With this room comes a bathroom for your exclusive use with a shower, toilet and a washbasin with storage cabinet.
PLEASE NOTE: As this is a sublet, for now there is no deposit. You will have to pay a deposit of approx. £900 if you take over the contract in March.

THE FLAT:
The flat is spacious, modern and light. It features a large kitchen & living area with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge, as well as 2 large sofas and dinning table for 6.
The highlight of the flat is a private terrace that runs round the perimeter of the flat - such a treat when you live in London.

FLATMATES:
Your flatmates would be Emma, a radiologist who recently moved here from Sydney but has settled right in, and Elisa who is from Ireland and works in interior design. Both lovely, friendly, hilarious and an absolute pleasure to live with. For the curious - I am moving in with my boyfriend, otherwise I’d stay!

LOCATION:
The building is located 1 minute walk to Walworth Road where you can find all kinds of shops such as Tesco and Superdrug, as well as gyms, yoga spots, cute cafes and more. Despite the short distance to the main road, the street is quiet and chill.
Elephant and Castle station (Bakerloo & Northern line) is a 12 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride.
Kennington Station is a 12 minute walk.
There are SO many bus links to central London that you will be spoiled for choice. Overall the transport links are unmatched.
