Single bedroom and a separate living/study room available in small, warm house; small kitchen, utility room, bathroom and separate WC shared with landlady. Own fridge.

I have a mature Springer Spaniel who is friendly and very good with other dogs. We have had a sharer with a dog before. I work/study mainly from home Mon-Fri and can provide company for your dog during most days, including taking it outside. You will be responsible for your dog's long walks in the mornings and evenings.

Open the front door and there is a lovey communal garden outside that is dog friendly and big enough for dogs to run around and chase a ball.

Brockwell Park is 5 mins walk away, as are Herne Hill railway station and charming shops, pubs and restaurants. Brixton tube station is 10 minutes away by bus. Great transport links elsewhere as well.

The living/study room is very occasionally used as a guest room, but is yours exclusively the rest of the time.

This is a somewhat artistic/musical/literary household with an international and liberal landlady.

There is gated, private parking available.

LGBTQ+ sharer welcome.

I am used to having people in the house and am keen that you would consider this your home, with visitors and without worrying too much about making a noise.

Bills are included in the rent and based on the assumption of fair usage by someone who occasionally works from home.
