The house includes:

You’ll be sharing with three friendly Spanish university friends – all working professionals. They’re clean, respectful, and sociable. They enjoy board games, sports, and casual hangouts. It’s a non-smoking flat.

Simply cross one street to reach Oval Station or enjoy Kennington Park. A large Lidl and Tesco Express are within a 15-minute walk.

Rent:
£995/month (bills not included). Bills are typically around £80/month (including council tax).

Availability:
