Hey, I have 1 bedroom available to rent in a bright and airy 3 bedroom shared Victorian flat in Kennington (an easy 15 mins to central London and Leicester Square station via the underground). We live in a quiet and beautiful area and are looking forward to welcoming our newest flatmate. You will be sharing the space with me (She/Her), and my gorgeous 1 year-old cat and her new 2 months old brother. I am a working professional, in my early twenties, very sociable and easy-going. I love movie nights, galleries, nights out and do a LOT of reading. I am looking for people who are tidy, friendly and respectful. As the landlord of the flat, I offer the advantage of immediate maintenance action.

The bedrooms are cozy and furnished, and receive lots of sunlight from large Victorian windows. The bedroom available is the largest room with two sizeable wardrobes, storage space underneath the raised double bed, a bedside table, bookshelf and mirror. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living/dining room. Communal areas include: bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room (with shelf space for your books etc). Amenities include: a television, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and freezer.

The location is incredibly convenient. Kennington Station is a 7 min walk away and there is a high street with a large Morrison's, 2 x 24/h Tescos, M&S, a fruit & veg market, and restaurants. Because it's located beside Westminster, clubbing hotspots like Shoreditch, Leicester Square and London Bridge are only a few stops away. There are also 2 parks round the corner. The street's picturesque Victorian aesthetic is preserved by the council.
