I'm looking for somebody to take on a room in a flat for 3 months 1st Nov-31st Jan (or by 11am 1st Feb when my lease ends).

It's a really nice location and has a balcony. It's near every major tube line and both Euston and King's Cross. I would say it's about a 20-30 mins walk from Euston depending on your speed.

Shared spaces aside from the bedroom. I am quiet and do my own thing and am looking for somebody similar.
