Hi there!

Our housemate Paul is very sadly leaving us to go enjoy the Australian sunshine! So one of the rooms in our share house is becoming available from the 1st week of February.

The house is in such a central location - 2 minutes walk from Southwark tube (Jubilee), 10 minutes to Waterloo, 10 minutes walk from the Southbank and 10 minutes walk to Borough Market.

We love our house and all of its perks! We have a big kitchen with separate washer and tumble dryer, a dishwasher, barbecue (in our garden), 2 bathrooms (with bathtubs), a neighbours cat (Angel) who regularly pays us a visit, & ofc a vegetable spirilizer - pretty much everything you could want! Also- we have recently had the whole house repainted so it’s as good as new.

We have a really generously sized lounge room which opens up to our patio garden. Each bedroom is on its own floor, so it’s pretty private too!

The room available is the largest in the house and on the first floor with a double bed & built in wardrobe, a dresser and bedside table.

House comes complete with 3 lovely housemates (2 girls, 1 guy), all young professionals. We are looking for someone similar who would be up for the odd pub drink and some Netflix nights. We all get along really well! We are a super independent bunch but do enjoy spending time together where we can in our busy schedules. We are LGBTQ+ friendly 🫶

Nancy works in the charity sector. She is Italian and in her free time she loves taking long walks and she is always keen for a drink or to watch a movie together.

Sarah (me) is a Social Worker with a passion for karaoke and reality tv. You might find me in the living room having a sing and you’re more than welcome to join (I have autotune).

Marco is a researcher. He likes running, playing football and travelling. He’s enjoys everything London has to offer and to make the most of his time in the city. Sadly, Marco will be leaving us in March for a work opportunity in the US so we will be advertising another room then!

Bills not included but at most around 120/month (cleaner included, council tax band E)

We are doing viewings on Monday the 20th and Tuesday the 21st in the evening.
