Double room available for a lodger in a beautiful, spacious and welcoming family home in Norbiton. Can be furnished or unfurnished.

It is almost a self-contained flat within the house as the room shares access to a kitchen-diner, bathroom and washing machine/dryer with another occupied room (female, 30s) on the third floor of the house. My family and I live across the first two floors of the house.

The room has built-in wardrobes, blinds and can be provided with a double bed (with under bed storage), bedside table/lamp and chest of drawers. There is also storage in the eaves. Other furniture can likely be sourced if needed. Equally the room can be provided unfurnished.
It will become available in March. Females only please. Single occupancy.

All bills included. Smoke and pet free home.

There is space to lock a bike in the driveway but no space for parking a car. However, there is unrestricted parking a few streets away (about a 5 minute walk).

We are looking for a friendly and considerate lodger who would be suited to living within a family home.

Short 5 minute walk to Norbiton station (approx 20 minutes to Vauxhall and 30 minutes to Waterloo). On the 57 bus route and very close to Kingston hospital.

Sainsbury’s local 5 minutes walk away and it’s a 20 minute walk into Kingston town centre or there’s a bus stop over the road. 15 minute walk to Richmond park.
