Lovely single room with double bed (small double) and ample wardrobe space available for single occupancy for a female professional in a 2 bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac in leafy North Kingston.

Looking for a friendly female professional, preferably not working from home. Students may also be considered.

To share modern bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden with myself, a friendly female professional, and a male professional, both in our mid 40s.

The house is situated close to the river, parks and big Sainsbury's, and Kingston town centre and train station is a c.10 minute walk away.
Bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.

Free allocated off-street parking is available.

The rent of £725 pcm includes all bills (gas & electricity, assuming reasonable use, council tax, water rates, internet, etc).

Deposit of £200 is needed to secure the room. To be refunded upon moving out assuming 1 month’s notice has been given.

I am an easy going and friendly professional female, into hiking, travelling, photography, art, and I enjoy meeting new people.
